I ditched this - so can you

"You changed platforms again?? 😂"

A client sent me this message after I sent them the final invoice from a platform... because I've switched platforms for the third time this year. 😅

Not as a result of being indecisive, but from a quest for simplicity.

When I started my copywriting business, I subscribed to platforms I felt like I "should" use. Other copywriters were using them. Google told me which ones are highest rated. So I paid for them. For nearly 4 years.

This spring, I realized they weren't working for me like they used to. They were making things more difficult instead of streamlining tasks, like I was promised.

So I downloaded my information and canceled my subscriptions. Now I'm saving money every month and have everything in ONE place. No more wrangling scattered client details and overpaying for features that aren't helping me.

Running your organization isn't much different, Reader.

If you feel like your digital platforms are a disorganized mess of information, you're probably in 1 of 2 camps:

  1. You signed up for platforms that other nonprofit leaders recommended, but they're not fitting the needs of your specific organization.
  2. The platforms are so overwhelming that you have no idea where to start.

You deserve simplicity in 2026. And I can help you simplify your email marketing.

If you haven't decided which email service provider to use (or you're looking to switch), I've laid out what to look for and which email marketing platforms I recommend for nonprofits in this blog post.

Stay kind,

-Amanda
